These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SubWise mobile application ("the App") developed by Paula Deng ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using SubWise, you agree to these Terms.
SubWise is a personal subscription tracking tool. It helps you monitor recurring payments by storing subscription details locally on your device. SubWise does not connect to your bank, payment provider, or any external account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SubWise. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
All data you enter into SubWise is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, your data. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data. Deleting the App will permanently remove all SubWise data from your device.
SubWise offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("SubWise Pro") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You may restore a previous purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID by using the "Restore Purchase" feature within the App.
You agree to use SubWise only for its intended purpose as a personal subscription tracker. You agree not to:
SubWise and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Paula Deng and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party service logos displayed in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
SubWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. SubWise is a tracking tool only — it does not provide financial advice, and the amounts displayed are based on information you enter manually.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paula Deng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, incorrect renewal dates, or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of SubWise after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
